The Carrara range of electrostatic separators are used to separate dry, free flowing materials with particle sizes between 40 and 800 microns – specifically those that exhibit conductivity differences.

Next generation High Tension Roll electrostatic separator – HTR400
The newest product in Mineral Technologies’ Carrara Electrostatic Separator Range is the HTR400. This product is one of the most advanced electrostatic separators on the market.
Ongoing research and metallurgical testing, combined with the latest advances in mineral processing technology & design, has enabled our Research and Development team to develop a product that can provide customers with unmatched, measurable performance.
With the HTR400, customers can expect over 25% increase in throughput. These previously unseen separation efficiencies are due to the 400mm diameter roll along with the electrode design.
Now in full production, the HTR400 also improves mineral separation, offers greater flexibility in configuration, improved operability and reduced maintenance.
