This week we’re launching our new CT1 Spiral at EXPOSIBRAM, the largest mining trade fair in Latin America.
New CT Spiral
Always researching and developing new innovations to help customers improve operations, our R&D team has developed the new CT Range which is a high performance spiral technology that’s compact and lightweight.
Our first spiral off the production line is the CT1 which is being launched at EXPOSIBRAM this week.
With exceptionally high recoveries on a number of different mineral sand feed types in rougher and scavenger duties, and throughput capacity that increases from 30% up to whole number multiples of t/h per m2 footprint compared with conventional spirals, the CT1 is being keenly sought after by customers worldwide.
Easier Operation with Increased Performance
The small footprint and modular nature of the CT1 spiral technology enables customers to operate more simplified concentrator plants that are capable of higher overall metallurgical performance.
Conventional flowsheets containing five, six or more spiral stages can be replaced by a three stage CT1 flowsheet that will provide superior metallurgy. In some cases, when combined with Mineral Technologies flagship MG12 spiral, two stages may be sufficient to achieve targets.
Synergistic advantages include lower capex plants with smaller footprints that can be readily relocated if necessary. Fewer processing stages means reduced power consumption and a decreased need for peripheral equipment such as pumps, motors, control circuitry, sumps, intermediate launders and distribution systems. Plants with fewer processing stages are easier to operate, easier to control and quicker to commission.
Be the first to see our new CT1 in action and talk with our team about how this exciting new spiral technology can help to improve your operations.
Join us at EXPOSIBRAM in Belo Horizonte, September 18-21 on Stand 018.
