Getting ready for release, new products from our R&D team are solving some of our customers' most challenging problems including how to save costs, improve safety and deliver quality on time.
Research and Development (R&D) has always been a core focus at Mineral Technologies. Recognised as the home of innovation in mineral processing for over 70 years, today our R&D team comprises the industry's most experienced metallurgists, designers and engineers working together to deliver new products that help customers improve production efficiencies and transform their ore bodies into valuable commodities.
Our R&D work utilises latest technologies in the design process including rapid prototyping. For example our 3D printing and design verification software, Ansys, calibrates desktop concepts into full scale equipment within our laboratory. This process extends to customised equipment which is tailored to the unique mineral processing needs of our customer's ore bodies enabling them to achieve optimum grade and recovery.
New HTR400 - Next Generation High Tension Roll Separator
The latest innovation from our R&D team is the new the HTR400. Part of our Electrostatic Separator Range – the HTR400 delivers increased throughput and greater flexibility in configuration as well as improved usability and less maintenance.
Flexible configurations to suit all customer requirements
The new HTR400 delivers greater flexibility to support specific customer requirements. Customers can select from:
- Modular design for 2x3, 2x2, 1x3, 1x2 configurations
- Multiple retreat options - conductor, mids, non conductor or super non conductor retreat (no need for additional chute fitment)
- Feed inlet flanges to suit country/plant standards
- Configurable dust extraction ports
- Single or dual roll feeder
- Additional glassless tertiary electrode
- Launder available with sampling gates on all outlets
